Is there a cost to connect my EDO account to CIBT for Embassy legalisation requests?
Er zijn geen kosten aan verbonden en het is heel eenvoudig om de verbinding met CIBT in uw EDO-platform te activeren.
It is very simple to activate the connection to CIBT in your EDO platform and has no cost attached.

Klanten hebben blauwe/originele handtekeningen nodig. Hoe werkt dit in deze oplossing, ook origineel van bedrijfsmedewerker
Customers require blue/original signatures. How will this work in this solution, also original from company employee
Originele handtekeningen zijn niet vereist door de kamer of de ambassade. Als dit iets is dat nog steeds vereist is door een klant, dan moet het originele ondertekende document per koerier naar CIBT worden gestuurd voor legalisatie
door de ambassade.
Original Signatures are not required by the Chamber or the Embassy, if this is something that is still required by a customer then the original signed document will need to be couriered to CIBT for Embassy legalization.

Hoe weet CIBT naar welke ambassade of welk consulaat het legalisatieverzoek moet worden gestuurd?
How does CIBT know to which embassy or consulate the legalization request has to be send?
Wanneer u het document elektronisch naar CIBT verzendt, verschijnt er een pop-upvenster waarin u wordt gevraagd om uw instructies voor de legalisatie, een contactnaam en e-mailadres en het verzendadres voor de originele
gelegaliseerde documenten die moeten worden geretourneerd.
When sending the document electronically to CIBT, a pop up box will appear that will request your insturctions for the legalization, a contact name and email address and the despatch address for the orignal legalized documents to be returned.

Is het mogelijk documenten in behandeling te nemen waarvoor geen KVK-legalisatie eerst nodig is? D.w.z. kunnen we via deze service een apostille krijgen op een KVK-uittreksel?
Is it possible to process documents that do not require a KVK legalization first. I.e. can we use this service to get an apostille on a KVK extract?
Ja, het is mogelijk om op uw EDO platform een directe koppeling toe te voegen voor documenten die bij CIBT geprint moeten worden voor Ambassade legalisatie zonder dat deze via de KvK verstuurd hoeven te worden. Neem contact op

Yes, it is possible to add a direct connection on your EDO platform for documents to be printed at CIBT for Embassy legalization without the need for them to be sent via the KvK. Please contact ExportData for this funtion to be activated on your platform.

Kan een EUR-1 nu alleen digitaal geregeld worden,zonder dat het mee moet met de zending,zonder fysieke stempel douane?
Can an EUR-1 only be arranged digitally, without it having to go with the shipment, without a physical customs stamp?
Voor een EUR-1-document is altijd een origineel stempel van de KvK en de Douane vereist, maar als een ambassade-legalisatie vereist is, kan dit fysiek naar CIBT worden gestuurd om te verwerken.
An EUR-1 document will always require an orginal Chamber- and a customs stamp, however, if an embassy legalization is required this can be physically sent to CIBT to process.

Met welke ambassades heeft u een connectie?
Which embassies do you have a connection to?
CIBT kan alle ambassades bezoeken, zelfs als er geen lokale vertegenwoordiging is, kunnen we de dichtstbijzijnde lokale regio-ambassade bezoeken.
CIBT is able to attend all Embassies, even if there is no local representation, we are able to attend the nearest local region Embassy.

Wat zijn de kosten van CIBT en welke koeriersdienst wordt er gebruikt?
What are the cost of CIBT and what courier service is used?
De administratiekosten van CIBT bedragen € 43,00 per document per stap. CIBT heeft een eigen wagenpark van koeriers die dagelijks overheidsdepartementen en ambassades bezoeken.
CIBT’s handling fee is €43,00 per document per step. CIBT have our own in house fleet of couriers to attend Government Departments and Embassies daily.

You say it has an effect on the templates, but what kind of effect does it have? Or is that customer specific as well?
U zegt dat het effect heeft op de sjablonen, maar wat voor effect heeft het? Of is dat ook klantspecifiek?
EDO is opgebouwd uit processtappen, te weten: invullen, ondertekenen, KvK, etc, etc,
De templates zijn dus gebaseerd op de bestaande processen, wat betekent dat wanneer we een nieuw proces aanmaken met de printselectie en de koppeling met CIBT, dit niet verandert in de bestaande templates. Het kan dan betekenen
dat we voor het nieuwe proces een nieuwe template moeten maken, of als er meerdere templates aangepast moeten worden, vragen we onze softwareontwikkelaar om de betreffende templates op de achtergrond aan te passen.
EDO is made up of process steps, namely: fill, sign, Chamber of Commerce, etc, etc,
The templates are therefore based on the existing processes, which means that when we create a new process with the print selection and the link to CIBT, this will not change in the existing templates. It may then mean that we have to
create a new template for the new process, or if several templates need to be adjusted, we ask our software developer to adjust the relevant templates on the background.

Kan CIBT alleen in Nederland assisteren bij legalisaties van documenten?
Can CIBT assist with document legalisations in the Netherlands only?
CIBT kan via elke ambassade wereldwijd helpen met legalisaties van documenten. Het is mogelijk om op uw EDO platform een directe koppeling toe te voegen voor documenten die bij CIBT geprint moeten worden voor Ambassade
legalisatie zonder dat deze via de KvK verstuurd hoeven te worden. Neem contact op met ExportData om deze functie op uw platform te activeren.

Ja, CIBT heeft een relatie met de Vietnamese ambassade in Nederland en in andere regio’s in de wereld. We gaan dagelijks naar de ambassade.
Yes, CIBT have a relationship with the Vietnam Embassy in the Netherlands and in other global regions. We attend the embassy daily.

Hoe verloopt de communicatie met CIBT? Is het met een Nederlands kantoor of een VK-kantoor?
How is communication going with CIBT? Is it with Dutch office or UK office?

Wat is de gemiddelde reactietijd totdat we het gelegaliseerde document terugkrijgen?
What will be the average response time until we receive the legalised document back?
De doorlooptijd is afhankelijk van de vereiste legalisatie, het proces en de verwerkingstijd van de ambassade, deze verschillen van ambassade tot ambassade. Over het algemeen is dit meestal tussen de 1-10 werkdagen. Als u een
specifieke verwerkingstijd op een document wilt hebben, kan ons team deze aanleveren via e-mail op legalisaties@cibtvisas.nl. Het proces zal sneller verlopen als het document elektronisch wordt verzonden via het EDO-platform.
Turn around time will depend upon the legalization required, the process and the Embassy processing time, these differ from Embassy to Embassy. Generally, this is usually between 1-10 working days. If you would like a specific
processing time quote on a document, our team can supply this via email on legalisaties@cibtvisas.nl. The process will be quicker with the document being sent electronically via the EDO platform.

Hoeveel rekent CIBT voor het printen van de documenten?
How much do CIBT charge to print the documents?
CIBT brengt geen kosten in rekening voor het printen van de documenten voor een legalisatieverzoek. Als u alleen een print- en verzendservice voor documenten wilt, neem dan contact op met ExportData voor meer informatie.
CIBT do not make any charges for printing the documents for a legalisation request order. If you would like a document print and send service only, please contact ExportData for further details.

Welke vergoedingen zijn erbij betrokken?
What fees are involved?
De kosten zijn afhankelijk van de vereiste legalisatie. Over het algemeen zijn er ambassadekosten (dit is onvermijdelijk en worden door een ambassade in rekening gebracht), CIBT-behandelingskosten en kosten voor het verzenden van
documenten. Als het document ook een apostille door het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken vereist, zijn er een Ministerie-fee (dit is onvermijdelijk en wordt door het Ministerie in rekening gebracht) en een CIBT-handlingtarief van
toepassing. Een offerte per aanvraag is op te vragen bij ons team via email op legalisaties@cibtvisas.nl.
The fees involved depend upon the legalization required. Generally, there will be an Embassy Fee (this is unavoidable and chargable by an Embassy), CIBT handling fee and a document despatch fee. If the document also requires an
apostille by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a Ministry Fee (this is unavoidable and chargable by the Ministry) and a CIBT handling fee will apply. A quotation per request can be obtained from our team via email on
legalisaties@cibtvisas.nl.

De vergoedingen zijn afhankelijk van de vereiste legalisatie, hieronder vindt u een lijst met vergoedingen in verband met documentlegalisatie voor 4 landen als richtlijn. Verder kan op aanvraag worden gegeven. Houd er rekening mee dat
de tarieven van de overheid en de ambassade met weinig of geen kennisgeving kunnen worden gewijzigd.
The fee’s are dependent upon the legalization required, below you will find a list of fees associated with document legalization for 4 countries as a guide. Further can be given on request. Please note, government & embassy fees are
subject to change with little or no notice.
