How long does ExportData B.V. store your data
ExportData B.V. does not store your data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal details:

The retention period concerns the Dutch statutory retention period of documents and agreements that apply to the functions of the software of ExportData B.V.
The personal data depends on the functions you use for the ExportData software, for example linked to documents and agreements, so that they are retained for as long as the Dutch legal retention period of the relevant documents and / or agreements.
Personal data is automatically stored during the period that you have a license for ExportData services or software. In the case of agreements between you or the company for which you have indicated that you work or perform work, during retention periods of documents and / or agreements that deviate from the Dutch statutory retention period, the retention period of all personal data is limited to these agreements, unless determine the Dutch legal rules differently.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself through the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we have in your computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
